At Gray’s, we take immense pride in the manufacturing process of our handcrafted darts, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail at every step. Our skilled engineers carefully shape and assemble each dart, making each one unique. Clients should be aware that, due to the handcrafting process, our darts may not have the uniform appearance or feel of mass-produced, laser-manufactured darts. This individuality is a testament to the craftsmanship and precision we apply, resulting in darts that are not only functional but also carry a personal touch in every detail.
THREADED POINT CONVERSION
This is a metal-to-metal contact, and as such, it may not stay tight indefinitely. Periodic tightening may be necessary. We recommend using the SP Tool to hold in place while turning the dart barrel to ensure a secure fit. However, please avoid over-tightening, as it could potentially damage the threads or cause the point to break.
BROKEN POINT REMOVAL
A small amount of heat may be required to soften the point, which could cause slight discoloration to coated darts.
The outer diameter of all points may vary. In rare cases, we may need to apply Superglue to secure the points in place.
REPOINTING SERVICE
We will repoint your darts using standard points, unless you prefer to provide your own designer points.

Whenever possible, we aim to complete repointing on the same day we receive your darts, depending on when our post arrives. During busy periods, darts are typically returned within a couple of working days.
BESPOKE SERVICES
RE-WEIGHTING - Do you have set of darts knocking around that are too heavy for you now. Get in touch we offer a re-weighting service. We will advise if we can reduce the weight of your barrels so that you can make use of them again.
NEED MORE GRIP? - We are often asked to add grip to existing barrels. Please get in touch! Whether is more grip along the nose of your barrel, or grip added to smooth sections of your existing darts we can help.
LOST A DART? - We can often match your darts so that you have a full set to play with.
SPARE SET NEEDED? We can make you a spare set of your favourite darts, especially if they have been discontinued or aren't made to your specific weight requirements.
